The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, the Office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (Jt DGFT), Rajkot, and CAPEXIL, organised an outreach programme in Morbi to promote the Government of India’s Facilitating Logistics, Overseas Warehousing & Fulfilment (FLOW) Scheme.

The programme focused on the ceramic and tiles cluster in Morbi, one of India’s leading export hubs for ceramic products, and aimed to create awareness about the benefits of establishing overseas display centres and warehouses to strengthen India’s export competitiveness.

The session featured addresses by Rohit Soni, ITS, Joint DGFT, Rajkot; Suvidh Shah, Additional Director General, FIEO; Nilesh Jetpariya, Chairman (Ceramic Division), CAPEXIL; Upen Nagar, President, All India Ceramic Exports Association; and Jayprakash Goel, Head – Gujarat (Western Region), FIEO.

Speakers highlighted how the FLOW Scheme, introduced by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), enables Indian exporters to establish display centres and warehousing facilities in international markets. The initiative is designed to improve market access, reduce delivery timelines, enhance customer service, and help Indian products gain a stronger presence in global markets.

The programme witnessed participation from exporters and industry stakeholders from the Morbi ceramic sector, who were briefed on the scheme’s features, eligibility criteria, and the opportunities it offers for expanding India’s export footprint through improved overseas logistics and fulfilment infrastructure.
