SolitAir has strengthened its footprint in India by adding Cochin to its growing cargo network, marking a significant milestone in the carrier’s regional expansion strategy.

With this launch, SolitAir’s India operations now span five key cities—Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Cochin—reinforcing its mission to enhance connectivity across the Global South through fast, reliable and efficient cargo services.

The inaugural flight to Cochin underscores the airline’s commitment to building a robust logistics network in India, a critical market in its broader growth plans.

The company acknowledged the contributions of Rena (Reena) Ranjan and her team in facilitating the expansion. It also expressed gratitude to the team at Cochin International Airport (CIAL) for their support in ensuring the successful launch of the first flight.

Chief Executive Officer Hamdi Osman praised the local team’s efforts, stating, “I want to thank each member of the great team in Kochi for a job well done.”
