AD Ports Group has rolled out what it says is the region’s highest concentration of AI-driven agents at a major logistics facility, marking a significant step in its digital transformation strategy.
According to the company, the new AI systems are integrated across warehouse operations , yard planning, cargo handling, and customer service functions. The agents automate routine tasks, optimise equipment utilisation, and provide real-time decision support to supervisors, helping reduce delays and improve throughput.
The deployment is part of a broader initiative to enhance supply chain resilience and support the growing demand for smart, high-speed logistics services across the Middle East. AD Ports Group noted that the AI agents will also feed data into predictive analytics platforms, enabling early detection of bottlenecks and more accurate forecasting of cargo volumes.
The group plans to expand AI-enabled capabilities to additional terminals and logistics parks over the next year as it accelerates the shift toward fully autonomous, interconnected logistics ecosystems.
