Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation (Yang Ming) has chosen Professor Feng-Ming Tsai as its Chairman, effective immediately.

He previously served as Director of the Internationalised Information and Planning Division at NTOU’s Office of International Affairs.

Since 2022, he has also served as the Chairperson of NTOU’s Department of Shipping and Transportation Management.

He is the Representative of the APEC Maritime Experts Group on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication. Additionally, he holds the position of Education & Training Consultant at the Academy of Maritime Development at Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Ltd.
