    China and India were the top importers of Iraq’s seaborne oil in November, importing approximately 1.22 million barrels per day and 832,000 barrels per day, respectively.

    In November, China’s imports of Iraqi oil surged by more than 120,000 barrels per day compared to the same month in 2024, when oil exports averaged 1.1 million barrels per day, according to Attaqa News.

    On the other hand, Iraq’s oil exports to India fell by 228,000 barrels per day in November, compared to 1.06 million barrels per day in the same month of 2024.

    Preliminary figures show that 376,000 barrels per day were exported to an unnamed destination, although estimations imply that the majority of them were shipped to Beijing.

    Iraq’s oil shipments to South Korea rose last month to 297,000 barrels per day, up from 293,000 barrels per day in November 2024.

    Turkey’s imports of Iraqi crude oil surpassed 165,000 barrels per day last month, compared to approximately 128,000 barrels per day in November 2024.
