DAAKit Technologies has expanded its fulfilment network into Tier-II markets with the launch of a new warehouse in Lucknow, marking a strategic shift beyond metro cities as demand for faster deliveries rises across emerging markets.

The Haryana-headquartered company said the facility will enable same-day and next-day delivery services for MSMEs and SME sellers across Uttar Pradesh, addressing long-standing gaps in logistics infrastructure in non-metro regions.

The Lucknow warehouse will serve as a pilot hub for DAAKit’s broader expansion strategy into Tier-II and Tier-III cities, where consumption patterns are increasingly shifting. The company currently operates in major cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.

DAAKit said it is processing over 10,000 orders daily—around 300,000 per month—and expects volumes to rise to nearly 500,000 monthly orders following the Lucknow expansion.

Commenting on the development, Chandan Singh Ghugtyal, Founder and CEO of DAAKit Technologies, said the company aims to build the backbone for faster commerce in “Bharat,” enabling small businesses to access delivery capabilities traditionally available only in metro markets.

The company has partnered with organisations such as RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Krishna Ayurveda to strengthen fulfilment and logistics operations.

Founded in 2024, DAAKit operates a technology-led logistics model that decentralises inventory closer to customers, reducing delivery timelines while maintaining unit economics. The company said it aims to scale this approach to support the next phase of consumption growth across India’s non-metro markets.
