Zebra Technologies has expanded its partner and distribution network in India as part of a broader strategy to tap into the fast-growing MSME segment and strengthen its presence in the country’s digital supply chain ecosystem.

The company said the expansion will improve access to its enterprise mobility, barcode scanning, RFID, and warehouse automation solutions across small and medium enterprises, which are increasingly adopting digital tools to enhance productivity and inventory management.

Industry sources said India’s MSME sector is undergoing rapid digital transformation, driven by e-commerce growth, supply chain formalisation, and rising demand for real-time tracking and logistics efficiency. This has created strong demand for affordable and scalable automation solutions.

Zebra Technologies said its strengthened partner ecosystem will help improve solution availability in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where MSMEs are increasingly investing in warehouse modernisation, retail digitisation, and logistics optimisation.

Channel partners will play a key role in delivering integrated solutions such as handheld scanners, mobile computers, and cloud-based inventory systems tailored to small business requirements.

Industry experts noted that the expansion reflects growing competition in India’s enterprise technology market, as global players target MSMEs as a high-growth segment in the country’s expanding digital economy and logistics sector.
