Shipping company Sinokor Merchant Marine has launched an additional feeder service connecting ports in the Russian Far East, further strengthening its regional network and improving cargo connectivity in the area.

The new service aims to provide faster and more reliable shipping links for importers and exporters operating between Northeast Asia and the Russian Far East. Industry sources said the expanded feeder coverage will support both containerised and general cargo movements, enhancing supply chain efficiency in the region.

Sinokor officials highlighted that the additional service responds to growing demand for regional trade flows, particularly for commodities, industrial goods, and consumer products moving through ports such as Vladivostok, Nakhodka, and other Far East terminals.

The feeder expansion aligns with Sinokor’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the Asia–Russia trade corridor and provide reliable logistics solutions amid evolving global shipping dynamics. Analysts say the move could improve turnaround times, optimize vessel utilization, and increase competitiveness for shippers relying on the company’s network.

By increasing feeder frequency and coverage, Sinokor aims to offer shippers greater flexibility in routing cargo and managing transit schedules, supporting sustained growth in regional maritime trade.
