VOC Port Authority, Tuticorin, has reported a remarkable 176.03% year-on-year growth in timber logs cargo during the April–December 2025 period, compared to the corresponding period last year.
The significant rise highlights the Port’s improved bulk cargo handling efficiency and enhanced operational capabilities. Officials attributed the growth to streamlined logistics, better infrastructure support, and proactive measures taken to meet rising industry demand.
