The new leadership will be pivotal in scaling DTDC through focused partnerships, deepening its footprint, capturing adjacencies, unlocking new frontiers, and building social capital.
Key leadership appointments
DTDC has strengthened its management committee, with Rishi Sareen as Chief Information Officer, Ajay Sukhwani as Vice President – Integrated E-commerce Logistics, Jatinder Sethi as Vice President – Channel Business & Network, Sonam Paliwa as Director of Operations, and Aneel Gambhir as Chief Financial Officer.
Arpita C. Mittra, Director – Customer Experience, will manage efforts to deepen service excellence and customer satisfaction, while Ankita Tiwari, Chief Human Resources Officer, will foster an inclusive and future-ready workplace culture for a multigenerational workforce.
