ZIM Integrated Shipping Services (ZIM) has unveiled a revised port rotation for its Levant Black Sea Express (LBX) service, aimed at enhancing schedule reliability and improving connectivity across key Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea markets.

The updated rotation is designed to optimise transit times, strengthen regional coverage, and better align with evolving trade flows between the Levant region and Black Sea ports. ZIM said the adjustment follows a review of customer demand patterns and operational performance.

Under the new structure, select port calls have been reshuffled to streamline vessel deployment and minimise turnaround times. The move is expected to improve service consistency while maintaining competitive transit windows for exporters and importers moving containerised cargo on the corridor.

Industry observers note that carriers operating in the Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean continue to adapt their networks in response to geopolitical developments, port congestion trends, and shifting cargo volumes. ZIM’s latest update reflects the broader industry focus on flexibility and resilience in regional service design.

The revised Levant Black Sea Express rotation will take effect from the coming sailing cycles, with customers advised to review updated schedules and booking details through the company’s official channels.
