CIDCO has earmarked 924 acres of land for the development of an Integrated Logistics Park in Navi Mumbai, aiming to strengthen the region’s role as a major trade and distribution hub.

The proposed project is expected to enhance warehousing, freight handling, multimodal transport connectivity, and supply chain efficiency for industries operating across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Officials indicate that the logistics park will support growing cargo movement linked to ports, airports, industrial clusters, and e-commerce demand, while helping decongest existing urban freight infrastructure.

Its strategic location in Navi Mumbai is likely to offer seamless connectivity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port, upcoming transport corridors, and key highway and rail networks, improving turnaround times for cargo operators.

Industry stakeholders view the initiative as an important step toward creating modern logistics infrastructure and reducing overall logistics costs through integrated planning and centralized facilities.

The project also aligns with broader efforts to position Maharashtra as a leading logistics and manufacturing destination through large-scale infrastructure investments.
