Emiza has strengthened its logistics network with the launch of a new 1,20,000 sq. ft. multi-client fulfilment warehouse in Farukhnagar, Haryana, aimed at addressing the growing warehousing and distribution requirements of the e-commerce and retail sectors in northern India.
The new facility, which marks Emiza’s sixth warehouse in the Delhi-NCR region, has a pallet capacity of 15,000 and features 23 loading docks to facilitate efficient cargo handling, loading, and dispatch operations. With the addition of the Farukhnagar warehouse, the company’s total warehousing footprint now exceeds 60 lakh cubic feet across 11 cities in 11 states.
Designed to handle up to 800,000 orders per month, the warehouse significantly enhances Emiza’s fulfilment capabilities while also serving as a dedicated returns processing centre for partner brands. Strategically located in one of North India’s key logistics hubs, the facility is expected to improve last-mile delivery performance and accelerate order fulfilment across the region.
As part of its sustainability initiatives, Emiza plans to install solar panels at the facility, replicating similar green energy measures implemented at its KSquare warehouse. The company said the move aligns with its commitment to environmentally responsible operations and energy efficiency.
The expansion is also expected to generate more than 500 employment opportunities in the region as operations scale up.
Commenting on the development, Ajay Rao, Founder and CEO of Emiza, said the Farukhnagar facility represents a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to build robust logistics infrastructure for modern businesses. He noted that the warehouse has been designed to support agility, resilience, and seamless supply chain management while enabling future growth.
Jitendra Kumar, Co-founder of Emiza, said the facility has been developed with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and streamlined movement of goods. He added that the warehouse layout and equipment have been optimised to ensure faster handling, accurate storage, and timely dispatch of shipments.
According to the company, the facility is equipped with advanced infrastructure, including VMS-enabled CCTV surveillance, balanced ventilation systems, multi-tier shelving racks, and modern stackers to enhance storage utilisation and cargo movement. Additional features include high floor load-bearing capacity, structured dock doors with dedicated loading and unloading bays, comprehensive firefighting and fire alarm systems, diesel generator backup, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
Emiza stated that the warehouse has been developed in compliance with required regulatory and operational standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence. With the Farukhnagar facility now operational, the company aims to further strengthen its presence across key logistics corridors and support the increasing demand for scalable and efficient supply chain solutions across India.
