Adani Ports Ltd. will be interested in the state-run Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) but at the right value, Managing Director Karan Adani said in an interaction.

Adani spoke on the occasion of the arrival of the first container vessel at Kerala’s Vizhinjam International Transshipment Port, marking a significant milestone in India’s maritime logistics.

“CONCOR is a very strategic asset with the kind of positions and the ICD locations they have. And I think it adds much value to our overall portfolio. So at the right value, we would be looking at it and considering it,” Adani said.

However, Media had reported in June this year the government is not very keen to go ahead with CONCOR’s disinvestment.
