India and Greece are working to deepen economic ties with a focus on expanding trade, boosting investment flows and improving supply chain cooperation, as both countries look to create stronger business and logistics connections.

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted the growing potential of India-Greece cooperation, emphasizing opportunities across sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, technology and maritime connectivity.

The discussions focused on building more resilient supply chains and encouraging greater participation from businesses of both nations. Improved connectivity and investment collaboration are expected to support bilateral trade growth and open new avenues for companies seeking access to European and Indian markets.

Greece’s strategic location as a gateway to Europe, combined with India’s expanding manufacturing and export capabilities, offers opportunities for stronger cooperation in transport, ports, shipping and multimodal logistics.

Both sides are also exploring ways to facilitate trade, attract investments and strengthen long-term economic partnerships. The renewed focus on cooperation comes as India continues efforts to enhance global supply chain integration and develop stronger links with key international partners.

The India-Greece partnership is expected to gain further momentum through increased business engagement, investment opportunities and collaboration in emerging sectors.
