Through rapid contingency measures, including cargo rerouting and the creation of alternative land-bridge solutions, 44,000 containers have already been delivered, helping maintain cargo flows and minimize disruption for customers.
In addition to vessel operations, Maersk credited its terminal and logistics teams across the Middle East, supported by its global network, for ensuring the continued movement of goods despite operational challenges.
The company emphasized that while the regional situation remains dynamic, its priorities continue to focus on the safety of its personnel and the delivery of reliable services, underscoring its commitment to keeping critical supply chain infrastructure functioning during periods of disruption.
