SAL Saudi Logistics Services has officially launched operations in China with the support of TAM, marking a significant milestone in its international expansion strategy. The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in one of the world’s largest logistics markets while enhancing connectivity between China, Saudi Arabia, and key global trade corridors.

The expansion is expected to improve SAL’s ability to offer integrated logistics solutions, including air cargo handling, freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain management services. By establishing operations in China, the company aims to better serve customers involved in cross-border trade and capitalize on growing cargo volumes between Asia and the Middle East.

TAM’s support is expected to facilitate SAL’s market entry by providing local expertise, operational capabilities, and strategic partnerships. The collaboration will help streamline logistics processes, improve service reliability, and strengthen supply chain efficiency for businesses operating across the two regions.

The launch aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to position the Kingdom as a global logistics hub by expanding international trade links and attracting investment in the transport and logistics sector. China remains one of Saudi Arabia’s largest trading partners, making the new operation an important step in supporting bilateral commerce and enhancing cargo connectivity.

Industry analysts expect SAL’s expansion into China to strengthen its global logistics network, create new business opportunities, and support the growing demand for efficient freight and supply chain services across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
