Softlink Academy, the training and development wing of Softlink Global, is committed to addressing the growing skills shortage in India’s logistics industry. By offering targeted programs and collaborating with educational institutions, the academy aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to navigate the increasingly tech-driven landscape of logistics.

    Logi-Sys Certification Program: A Hands-On Approach

One of Softlink Academy’s key initiatives is the LogiLearn program, which provides practical training in logistics technology, focusing on Softlink’s Logi-Sys software. Through this certification, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics concepts and their application in real-world scenarios using cutting-edge technology.

    Educational Partnerships

To ensure widespread accessibility and impact, Softlink Academy has formed partnerships with educational institutions. Garware Institute, affiliated with Mumbai University, has successfully implemented the Logi-Sys Certification program. Additionally, Coimbatore Marine College (CMC) has integrated the certification into its MBA and BBA logistics programs.

Amit Maheshwari, Founder and CEO of Softlink Global, emphasized the academy’s three-pronged vision: preparing students for future careers, assisting educational institutions in securing placements, and contributing to the government’s efforts to bridge the skills gap in the logistics industry.

Maheshwari highlighted the growing demand for skilled logistics professionals in the face of rapid industry growth and the increasing reliance on technology-driven solutions. He emphasized the opportunities available in the sector and Softlink Academy’s role in unlocking that potential for students and educational institutions.
