Global logistics major GEODIS is expanding its operations in Poland through an extended partnership with logistics real estate developer SEGRO, adding new warehouse capacity to support customers across domestic and wider European markets.

The expansion will see GEODIS lease additional modern logistics space at a SEGRO logistics park in Poland, strengthening its contract logistics capabilities and responding to growing demand from e-commerce, industrial and retail customers. The new facility is designed to support high-throughput operations, value-added services and efficient distribution across Central and Eastern Europe.

According to GEODIS, Poland remains a strategic hub within its European network due to its central location, strong transport connectivity and skilled workforce. The additional capacity will enable the company to improve service flexibility, shorten delivery times and support customers seeking nearshoring and resilient supply chain solutions.

SEGRO said the extended partnership reflects sustained demand for high-quality, sustainable warehouse infrastructure in Poland, particularly from global logistics providers supporting pan-European distribution.

The facility is expected to meet high environmental standards, incorporating energy-efficient systems and sustainability features in line with both companies’ ESG commitments.

With this expansion, GEODIS continues to reinforce its position in Poland as a key logistics gateway linking Western Europe with fast-growing markets in the east, while supporting customers navigating evolving supply chain requirements.
