India’s logistics and air cargo sector is poised for significant expansion as the 11th edition of air cargo India 2026 prepares to bring together key stakeholders from across the global supply chain industry. Scheduled from February 25 to 27 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, the exhibition will run alongside the inaugural edition of transport logistic India 2026, creating one of the country’s largest integrated platforms for logistics and cargo.

The co-located trade fairs reflect the growing scale and strategic importance of India’s multimodal logistics ecosystem. Organisers said the exhibition footprint of air cargo India has expanded by 43 per cent compared to its previous edition, signalling rising industry participation and increasing demand for collaborative, technology-driven logistics solutions.

The combined events are expected to host over 300 Indian and international exhibitors, including airlines, freight forwarders, cargo infrastructure companies, manufacturers and technology providers. Major global and domestic participants include Air India, IndiGo, Maersk, DHL Logistics, Emirates SkyCargo, Boeing and Bosch.

On the demand side, leading industrial groups such as Reliance Industries, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra and Larsen & Toubro are also expected to participate, underlining the event’s strong cross-sectoral relevance.

Adding to the visibility of the inaugural transport logistic India, former South African international cricketer AB de Villiers has been named brand ambassador. Known for his adaptability and performance-driven approach, his association aligns with the sector’s focus on efficiency, innovation and execution.

The exhibitions come at a time when logistics infrastructure is receiving heightened policy attention. Announcements in the Union Budget 2025–26 — including ₹11.21 lakh crore in infrastructure capital expenditure, development of multimodal logistics parks, high-speed rail corridors and new national waterways — have underscored the need for closer coordination across air, road, rail and maritime networks. The co-located format aims to facilitate such integration by fostering partnerships, knowledge exchange and business development.

Special features such as the German Pavilion, the AITWA Pavilion and the Future Tech Pavilion will spotlight innovations including AI-driven cargo operations, automation, blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency and advanced analytics. Two parallel conferences will address logistics performance excellence and emerging global air cargo market dynamics.

As India strengthens its position in global manufacturing and trade, air cargo India and transport logistic India 2026 are expected to serve as key platforms for shaping the future of integrated, technology-led and resilient logistics systems.
