    Allcargo Gati Ltd will undertake an average 10.2 per cent general price increase with effect from January 1, 2026, for the company’s express distribution services in order to address rising operational costs and at the same time undertake continued investments in infrastructure, technology, and customer service excellence, according to a statement.

While costs are rising, our focus is firmly on strengthening our network, investing in technology, and ensuring that businesses across India continue to experience logistics solutions they can truly depend on.” said Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director and Chief
    Executive Officer, Allcargo Gati and Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt Ltd.

    As part of its ongoing network expansion, the company outlined that it is on track to complete the deployment of its planned metro hubs, further reinforcing its industry-leading turnaround times and service dependability.

    “Our approach is to balance affordability for customers with the need to sustain high-quality service. The revised pricing will help strengthen our operational backbone, be it in expanding our hubs and fleet, building resilient supply chain networks, or driving digital innovation,” said Mayank Dwivedi, National Sales Head, Allcargo Gati.

    Investments in fleet expansion and sustainable logistics practices are also being prioritized to align with customer expectations and future-ready operations, the company highlighted.
