MSC has announced the extension of its Jua Express container service to Sri Lanka, marking a strategic expansion in its South Asia shipping network. With this extension, MSC’s Jua Express will now call at Colombo, linking it seamlessly with existing East Africa, India, and regional South Asia ports on the service loop. The expansion is expected to benefit sectors such as garments, tea, seafood, and industrial goods, offering enhanced transit times and more frequent sailings.
