X-Press Feeders has announced enhancements to its Dar Es Salaam–Far East X-PRESS (DFX) service, aimed at improving schedule reliability and operational flexibility. The fixed-day weekly service has been strengthened with an increased number of vessels deployed in the rotation, enabling better capacity management and more resilient service performance.

The DFX service provides a direct link between major Far East ports and East Africa, supporting growing trade flows between the two regions. In addition to direct connectivity, the service offers onward cargo connection options via Singapore, a key transshipment hub in X-Press Feeders’ global network.

The updated service rotation covers Shanghai, Ningbo, Nansha, Singapore, Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam, before returning via Singapore to Shanghai. The enhancements are expected to benefit shippers by offering improved reliability, expanded connectivity and smoother cargo flows across Asia–East Africa trade lanes.
