    The sustained growth underscores the Port’s focus on operational efficiency, infrastructure modernization, enhanced hinterland connectivity, and customer-oriented services. These initiatives have strengthened the Port’s competitiveness and reinforced its position among India’s fastest-growing major ports.

    The increase in container throughput reflects rising trade activity and the confidence of shipping lines, exporters, importers, and logistics stakeholders in the Port’s capabilities. Continued investments in capacity enhancement and process improvements have enabled smoother cargo handling and improved service delivery.
