Sinokor Merchant Marine has announced a strategic change in its Far East–East India operations. The South Korean carrier is withdrawing from the FCS3/SJJ service and will now participate in the FIX/IFX2/CIE service, a collaboration led by SeaLead Shipping, Sinotrans, and T.S. Lines.
Service Details
Under the new arrangement, Sinokor will deploy a single vessel, replacing one previously operated by T.S. Lines. The service, identified by the SIS3 code, maintains a weekly rotation connecting: Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen (Shekou), Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Port Kelang, Shenzhen (Shekou), Qingdao.
The service operates with five vessels, each with a capacity of approximately 2,000 TEU, ensuring robust connectivity between East Asia and India’s eastern coast.
