    CMB.TECH NV issued a trading update covering the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025. The company continued its fleet rejuvenation strategy through the sale of older vessels and the addition of newbuilds.

    During this period, CMB.TECH took delivery of five new vessels: the Mineral Slovensko and Mineral Slovenija (Eco-Newcastlemaxes), the chemical tanker Bochem Santos, the crew transfer vessel Windcat 58, and the commissioning service operation vessel Windcat Rotterdam.

    The company also completed several asset sales and chartering transactions. Under its Euronav segment, CMB.TECH sold the VLCC Dalma (built 2007, 306,543 dwt), expected to generate a capital gain of 26.7 million USD, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

    The time charter for the VLCC Donoussa (built 2016, 299,999 dwt) was extended until October 2026.

    The vessels Hakata (built 2010, 302,550 dwt) and Hakone (built 2010, 302,624 dwt) were delivered to new owners in the third quarter, generating an aggregate capital gain of approximately 39.3 million USD.

    Under Bocimar, CMB.TECH sold the capesize vessel Battersea (built 2009, 169,390 dwt), expected to produce a capital gain of 2.4 million USD, with delivery to take place in the fourth quarter of 2025.  CMB.TECH also reported updated estimates for average daily time charter equivalent (TCE) rates.

    In the dry bulk segment, the Q4-to-date TCEs stood at 30,954 USD/day for Newcastlemax vessels, 27,084 USD/day for Capesize, and 15,814 USD/day for Panamax/Kamsarmax vessels. In the tanker segment, average spot rates reached 54,206 USD/day for VLCCs in the TI Pool and 49,249 USD/day for Suezmax vessels.

    Offshore wind vessels reported an average Q4 TCE of 120,331 USD/day for CSOVs and 2,971 USD/day for CTVs.

    CMB.TECH NV is a Belgian publicly listed maritime and cleantech group headquartered in Antwerp. The company operates a diversified fleet of approximately 250 vessels across dry bulk, tanker, chemical, container, and offshore wind segments. CMB.TECH also develops and supplies hydrogen and ammonia-based marine fuels, either from its own production or through partnerships.

    Euronav NV is a subsidiary within the CMB.TECH group, focusing on the ownership, operation, and management of crude oil tankers, particularly very large crude carriers (VLCC) and Suezmax vessels. It operates both in the spot and time charter markets through commercial pools such as the TI Pool.

    Bocimar International NV is another subsidiary of CMB.TECH engaged primarily in the dry bulk shipping market. It owns and operates Capesize, Newcastlemax, and Panamax vessels, providing transportation services for commodities including iron ore, coal, and grain.
