These include incentives worth ₹5,000 crore, approval for 30 new private industrial clusters, and the establishment of 22 Common Facility Centres (CFCs).
To strengthen industrial infrastructure, the state will make over 6,000 industrial plots available, set up Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in 100 industrial areas, and develop industrial zones in 81 constituencies currently lacking such facilities.

The number of startups in the state is set to double from 6,000 to 12,000, with 100 incubation centres to be established. Around 1.5 lakh self-help groups will be formalised through an enterprise portal to integrate them into the formal economy.
In addition, subsidised co-working spaces will be launched in key cities including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Ujjain. The state also plans to register 20 Geographical Indication (GI) products and extend self-employment scheme benefits to nearly 30,000 entrepreneurs.
The minister said the roadmap aims to create a robust MSME ecosystem, generate employment, and position Madhya Pradesh as a leading destination for enterprise-led growth in the coming decades.
