Carraro India is expecting its export business to recover in FY27, supported by improving demand across key overseas markets and a gradual strengthening of global industrial and agricultural equipment markets.

The company expects the recovery in exports to contribute to revenue growth while maintaining a focus on profitability. Carraro India is targeting operating margins above 11%, indicating confidence that improved volumes, product mix and cost management can support earnings in the coming financial year.

Exports remain an important part of Carraro India’s business, with the company supplying transmission systems, axles and other components for agricultural and construction equipment. Weakness in international markets had weighed on export demand, but the company expects conditions to improve during FY27.

The anticipated recovery could also help the company improve capacity utilisation and spread fixed costs across higher production volumes. Alongside stronger exports, Carraro India is expected to focus on operational efficiencies and disciplined cost control to protect margins.

The company’s outlook comes as global equipment manufacturers continue to navigate uneven demand, high financing costs and changing supply-chain conditions. A recovery in agricultural and construction equipment demand could provide additional support to component suppliers such as Carraro India.

With exports expected to gain momentum in FY27, Carraro India is positioning itself for a year of improved growth while aiming to keep margins above the 11% level.
