Wan Hai Lines has issued a service advisory warning customers of potential delays and operational adjustments on its Middle East routes as geopolitical tensions in the region continue to escalate.

The carrier said vessel schedules may be affected due to heightened security concerns around the Strait of Hormuz, a key maritime corridor for global trade and energy shipments. Shipping lines operating in the area are closely monitoring developments and reassessing voyage plans to ensure the safety of crews and cargo.

According to the advisory, some sailings could experience longer transit times, route deviations, or schedule changes as the company adapts operations to evolving conditions.

Wan Hai Lines said it will continue to track the situation and provide updates to customers as necessary, while working to minimize disruption to supply chains serving Gulf markets. Industry analysts note that several carriers have issued similar warnings as regional instability begins to impact shipping networks and logistics planning.
